Jonathon Johnston, unit 4518, is the Mt. Vernon Board Driver of the Year for 2002. Johnathan began his truck-driving career with WVT in December 2001. Jonathan and his wife LaDonna have been married 16 years and reside in Opdyke, IL. Jonathan and Ladonna have 3 children, Ethan, age 14, Karisa, age 11 and Chelsey age 7. Jonathan appreciates knowing that the employment with WVT is always steady. Jonathan previously worked in the oil fields in Southern Illinois. LaDonna is not only a very busy mom with 3 children she also volunteers by running the local food pantry, coaches softball and basketball, works with a youth group and the PTO. Jonathan is his spare time loves to fish and spend time with his family. However, his real love is participating in a local demolition derby. This year he is getting a 66 Olds ready for a smashing good time. Good Luck Jonathan! |
Brad Moss, unit 9103, is the Metals Division Driver of the Year for 2003. Brad and his wife Teresa reside in Battle Ground, IN. Brad came to work for WVT in January of 2003. Brad and Teresa have 3 childres, Kyle and Kendra, age 16 and Sarah, age 11. Teresa is employed for Patriot Homes in Sales. Brad enjoys motorcycling and fishing in his spare time. Brad and Teresa were not able to attend the weekend due to other family commitments. |

Rodney Bowen, unit 4896, is the Sperry Board Driver of the Year for 2003. Rodney and his wife Janice currently reside in Rock Falls, IL however they will be moving in the next few weeks to Utah, where most of their family is located. Rodney has worked for WVT for almost 8 years. Rodney and Janice have been married 13 years. They have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. They both love motorcycling; Rodney also is eaged in shooting competition. We here at WVT wish them both the very best on their move to Utah. |
Brice Lindsay, unit 4857, is the Midwest Board Driver of the Year for 2003. Brice, better known as Fuzzy on the road, has been employed with WVT since November of 2001. Brice has 1 son, Jacob, age 9. Brice now resides in Lafayette IN. However, he was born and raised in West Virginia. Joining Brad for the weekend was Susan Taylor, also from Lafayette IN. When Brice has spare time he enjoys movies, playing chess and traveling, Looks like he is in the correct line of work for those travel plans! When you see Brice, ask him how much he enjoys the visits with the DOT officers. |
