Wabash Valley Transportation, Inc. is a regional flatbed carrier based in Lafayette, IN and has terminals throught the Midwest and Southeast. WVT operations are strategically located to provide our drivers with quality home-time, while fulfilling our commitments to our defined customers.

REGIONAL: Drivers living within 200 miles of the following locations can expect run regionally (within a 400 mile radius of the terminal) and be home every weekend and 1-2 times per week, while enjoying a comfortable wage:

SOUTHEAST REGIONAL: A Southeast Regional fleet based in Hampton, GA. These drivers haul building products predominantly in the states of GA, FL, NC, SC, TN, AL and VA. Southeast Regional drivers get home every weekend and by the house through the week when the freight allows.

LONGHAUL: WVT also offers a long-haul flatbed division for those drivers who wish to have a longer length of haul, while still being home 40/52 weekends per year. This fleet of drivers runs primarily East of the Mississippi, but freight is available throughout the 48 states.

LOCAL: A limited number of local spots are open in Lafayette, IN and Shoals, IN for drivers who want to work a set schedule, make a great wage, and be home every day: Day, Night, and Part-time shifts available.

METALS: WVT utilizes a localized group of drivers to haul scrap metal and steel coils in dump trailers. Common origins and destinations are Lafayette, IN, Anderson,IN, Greenfield, IN, Chicago, IL, and Danville, IL as well as other varied points in Central and Northern Indiana. Drivers on this fleet can expect to be home every night and weekend.
